I must be completely open with you!
Coaching & mentoring are two very distinct powerful forces. I find my clients get the best results from ‘pure’ coaching but the two do go very much hand in hand. The majority of my clients chose to coach with me 121 and during our coaching sessions together you won’t find me mentoring, telling, teaching, judging, preaching or guiding. Unless you need me to put on my mentoring hat and tap into all I’ve learned and experienced over the years spent building a global online business, supporting hundreds of magnificent entrepreneurs across the globe in numerous ways from (mostly!) my kitchen table whilst raising my young family.
What ever you need, I am always right there with you in the sometimes boggy depths. As you’ll soon discover, my work is completely and utterly centred around you, because you are the ultimate expert in your world whether you feel like it or not.
It’s all about YOU! Which can sometimes feel a bit unfamiliar or uncomfortable….
In each of our sessions together, you will be invited to set the most meaningful intention and focus. Then you’ll be held safe whilst we explore things together with the aim of you unlocking exactly what you need to move forward on your path.
I invite you to connect with me for at least one season (four months) in order for you to have the very best chance of identifying and truly embodying the changes you seek.
You set the pace, decide what is going to be of the biggest benefit to you. Right now the only thing you need to do is simply chose a flow to suit both your pocket and your headspace.

I’m a lifelong learner and I take my own personal growth and professional development deeply seriously. I’m a critical thinker and love nothing more than exploring and piecing together complex theories or concepts when it comes to all of the magnificent and mind-blowing elements at play with professional coaching.
My experiences & studies are rooted equally in science & spirituality. I keep an open mind but I do favour evidence based approaches. I am supported & guided by coaches and mentors myself, to ensure that I am bringing the very best of me to you.
I’m trained at a professional level and I’m currently working towards accreditation with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) who are (in my humble opinion) the gold standard in the global coaching arena. I’m certified to carry out DISC Profiling and I have in place an ICO registration, comprehensive insurances and all the other processes and contractual obligations you’d expect from any ethical & credible business.
